Incline Dumbbell Flies

Incline Dumbbell flies are a chest exercise which will help you improve your anterior deltoid. The equipment needed for this exercise is dumbbells and a flat bench. To start, lie down an incline bench and then use the dumbbells by holding them at the end of your arms and push up with your elbows. Make sure that your palms are facing in so that you can slowly lower the weight on both sides at a comfortable level. Squeeze the dumbbells together as if you were going to hug a barrel.
