well, I answer what I can, do some research and go off on all kinds of tangents trying to find the answers. I enjoy challenges, and I worked in a public library as a clerk for 10 years. But no you don’t have to be a professional to answer. BTW, the web-site listed below is like an online reference section for a library–in fact it is being developed by librarians. It is often one of the first places I go for information.
