i have widows 7 unlimited.when i try to install encarta reference library 2003, a message opens as ,.?

"the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installtion"

how can i install encarter?

Microsoft no longer supports Encarta. Your version is largely obsolete and will just get worse. Use the WWW for your research needs.

    Not a windows 7 user but, i think ur account is limited and not administrator.
    Try installing through administrator!! go to safemode(ie keep pressing F8 while starting ur pc, then u will get a list of options, choose safemode. The windows will start and you will get to accounts to log in select Administrato)

    I have the feeling that since Encarta was discontinued by Microsoft in October 2009 and Windows 7 was released in October 2009 it may be possible that Windows 7 rejects the installation of Encarta.
