I am looking for a college with public access to their library?

Okay for my research report I’m doing, I need to go to a college library with more references and such. I was wondering if anyone knew a college near the Sacramento to Jackson CA area?

Most state colleges will give state residents (high school or otherwise) temporary borrowing privileges. And even if they don’t let you take the books out, they will certainly let you use the items on the spot and make copies. Take your driver’s license or other state ID if you have one (if you have one for your school, take it too, but it might not be enough by itself), or if not, have a parent take you and check out the books for you. You’ll just have to ask at the circulation or information desk what you need to do to borrow and for how long, or you might be able to find that information on the library’s website. There are several colleges in that area. Maybe CSU Sacramento?
