How many books can I borrow at Ottawa Public Library at one time?

If you mean Ottawa Ontario I think it is unlimited. I’ve borrowed up to 15 books at one time, but I’m pretty sure I asked the women and she said unlimited. You could go to their website and get their phone number and call and ask them.
