how can i install programs in my public library?

im in a public library and every time i try to install a program it doesn’t let me. does enyone know how to install succesfully.

most likely the library pcs are set to not allow programs to be installed, you must be a administrator to install programs

    You can’t install programs at the Public Library. They’re PUBLIC COMPUTERS. They need to be maintained in a specific state to allow fair and equitable access to all patrons of the library. Besides, do you really want to install Yahoo Instant Messenger with YOUR settings on a public computer, allowing anyone, including your worst enemies, to log in as YOU? Didn’t think so..
