At a Public Library how do you turn off the firewall wit out an administrator?

Im Trying To use Mp3 rocket off my flash drive and I can’t search any songs because im in a public library and the administrator can only change is I need something that will get past the administrator log-in so i can turn the firewall off can anyone help?

    This is a bad idea, turning of the firewall will mean as well as having outbound connections allowed, nothing will prevent inbound traffic from reaching the computer, even if you don’t catch a nasty virus, someone using that computer after you will.

    I’d recommend you ask the administrator at the library to allow an exception on the required port for you.
