J K Rowling holds the copyright and is still making money on them! Why don't you go to your local library; if it isn't there, you can order it for free. Failing that, many of the big bookshops are selling the older Harry Potter books at reduced rates now that the excitement has worn off and everyone has their copy! Why don’t you go to your local library; if it isn’t there, you can order it for free. Failing that, many of the big bookshops are selling the older Harry Potter books at reduced rates now that the excitement has worn off and everyone has their copy!
