i have no computer, so i want to know if it is safe to order online from the library.

    I personally have ‘never’ tried that. I wouldn’t do it, because other people around could be looking at your credit card. If you have a Paypal account, and what you’re ordering can be done with Paypal, then I think that would be a safe way to order in public.
