I’ve been going to the library a lot recently (for books for a school report and info on dogs and recipe books).
I buy books about Disney used online. I also read newspapers and magazines.

I like bookstores like Books-A-Million, because I can never remember to bring library books back on time. XP I read a lot of different books, and I also like to read magazines occasionally.
Charity shops… never thought of it! Thanks!

Library, by a wide, wide, wide margin. Also garage sales, secondhand stores, library book sales, book shops, etc. But I usually don’t buy a book that I haven’t already read, and know I want to re-read.

Charity shops mainly. Then things like library sales and bootfairs. I read mostly fantasy/horror/thrillers. Love getting cheap books cos then you’re willing to try new authors. I get quite a few reptile magazines and a movie mag. I dont usually bother with papers. We get the local rag which then goes in the bottom of the lizard tank! Never sure what to do with old mags tho. Dont want to throw them away but last years movie mag isnt a lot of use!

I usually get books from the library or I buy them. I like a lot of genres but I’m not really into sci-fi. I’ll read magazines and the papers.

Lately I have been buying a lot of books through a book club but will be going back to the library & buying second hand again. Charity shops & garage sales are great for bargains.
I like to read just about anything, although historical fiction, fantasy & sci-fi would be my main diet of books.
I read way too many mags & plan not to renew many of my subscriptions. Recently my mags have included Wish; LouLou; Harrowsmith Country Life; Canadian Geographic; Canadian Gardening; Gardening Life; Canadian House & Home; More; everyday Food; Chatelaine; Moneysense; Home; Natural Health; Canadian Elle; Canadian Living; & just about any mag my friends get that I don’t. Will be paring it down soon as it takes up too much time from my books! Think I will keep Canadian Geographic, Harrowsmith Country Life & Wish.
