How do I transfer my iTunes library from the main account of my computer to another account on same computer?

My main account became corrupted somehow and I lost a lot of picture files. I opened a new account and everything is working fine now, though I haven’t yet deleted the corrupted account. When I open iTunes in the new account using the iTunes log in info from my corrupted account, my library does not transfer over. How do I do that? I have back up discs of all my music. Do I have to reload it? If so, how? Thanks!

You have to authorize your computer to have your old account’s library. To do this, you go to Store>Authorize Computer when signed into the old account. Then, when signed into the new one, authorize your computer with the new account. Then you can play songs from your old account, then buy new songs (or movies, tv shows) with the new one. I hope that helps.

Good lucK!
