   That’s transferring, not downloading. Anything purchased from the iTunes Store can be transferred using the iTunes Transfer Purchases feature. Anything else will require a third-party program. Use Yamipod for PC, Senuti for Mac. Be aware that if the computer had corrupted files on it, your iPhone can be carrying malicious software and may spread it in the transferred files.    You may try this ipod transfer, it can help you copy songs, videos, movie, photos, playlists, podcasts from iPod to computer iTunes.    Many iPod users have asked this.
   It won’t be a problem if you use AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer.

   unfortunately, itunes doesnt do the ipod to itunes transfer, you need a 3rd part software for that. ive always been using imtoo ipod computer trasnfer since last year. it’s damn effective, im really happy i found this software. really easy to use, simple to understand and no complicated settings check it out, hope it works for you as well.
