How do you access your iTunes account library on a different computer?

My family computer finally kicked the bucket, all of our iTunes music was on one library on that computer. Now I’m using a different computer. However now that I’ve accessed my account I can’t find my library. Does anyone know why I can’t find it and how to access it? And is it possible to take music from one iPod and copy it to another?

whatever was in the computer is not accessible now. bu whatever is on your ipods can be downloaded to the computer. ipod to ipod needs a pc in between.
