Whenever you download an application from your iPod Touch and sync it with your computer, it adds the application to the iTunes library. Is there a way to simplify it, as in when you delete it from your iPod, it no longer remains in iTunes?
I am attempting to simplify the library in the event of transferring to a newer iPod touch generation.
As you want to transfer files on your computer to your ipod. you can’t transfer it directly. you need a powerfulipod transfer tool.
You can try AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer.
With it you can:
1: Transfer iPod files to Computer
2: Transfer iPod files to new iPod
3: Transfer iPod files to iTunes
4:Transfer local files to iPod without iTunes
5: Manage your iPod like a movable hard drive and transfer ipod videos/photos/music between iPod and iPod, iPod and computer/laptop, ipod and itunes.
You can find it here:

It is easy to use and you can try it now.
if you delete the app on your itunes, it will delete it from your ipod as well. that’s the definitive deletion.
References :
there isn’t since iTunes will always keep them even if you delete the applications from your iPod because some of them you may have paid and even if you don’t use them at that moment (for example because you fave no free space in the iPod) but you may want to use them in the future. This would prevent you from loosing something is yours since you may have paid some applications. If you want them to disappear from iTunes you have to delete them from iTunes.
Hope it helps you.
