Tough one ha ha. You usually get a bunch of those after deleting the song from it's original location. To avoid this, have iTunes save you music when importing i.e. Edit --> Preferences... -- Advanced (tab) and select 'Copy files to iTunes Media foler when adding to library'. You can try moving your library to a playlist. I don't believe the songs with missing files will transfer.
