Where can I get a simple and free Video Library Management software?

Front endmay be VB or ASP.net and back end may be MS Access or SQL..
I need it for a small video parlour…

VCD-DB – front end is PHP, back end is MySQL, but it’s a nice package, even if you have to install a web server to run it. http://sourceforge.net/projects/vcd-db/

    Might try some of the independent consulting sites (guru, getafreelancer, etc.) to see if you can find someone to create a customized one for you.
