		<description>You will need a database management system. An inexpensive one, MS Access is included with MS Office, i&#039;m not sure whether that could be net-distributed.

Otherwise you could set up a MySQL database on a cental server and use JSP to make the database available online for search, and an extended version for the librarians to check books in and out.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
