Is there any websites that let you dowload free software to transfer my ipod’s music to a differet new library?

Somthing like to just transfer my ipods music to a new PC itunes library its like 322 songs or somthin… i dont know i have tried CopyTrans but i have ta perchase it cuz it only does 100 songs O__o

if not where can i buy the software?
