I want to access libraries of different varsities around the world 4 study help,how can i do that?

I am a student and for my study work I need more resources which are not available here. So I need access to the rich libraries of universities around the world. But I dont have any ID or card. So how can this be possible for outsiders to access in those libraries?

When I was attending college, they had on their computers the resources to check out other uni’s and state run libraries
