How do I create 2 Itunes Libraries on my Compaq Administrator Computer?

I have an Ipod Touch, my mom has an Ipod Touch. I like Eminem, she likes Creed. I would like to create 2 separate libraries. So she can have songs and I can have mine. I tried that holding the shift key while opening it, that doesn’t work Would someone please help me?
