How can I access shared itunes libraries behind my router?

When I plug the network cable directly into my laptop, a good number of shared libraries appear that I can access. But when I plug that same network cable into my wireless router, and try to access those libraries via my wireless, they no longer appear. I would like to be able to access those libraries with my wireless internet connection. Help!

the router is acting as a firewall and blocking your connection.
Itunes cannot communicate from computer to computer if one is plugged into the wan port. the catch is, you might not be able to access the internet wirelessly if you plug your ethernet connection originally going to the laptop into something other than the wan port.
2 solutions for you:
1. take the cable out from the PC and plug that into the wan port on the router, then plug the PC into the router and connect to the laptop wirelessly.
2. Disable DHCP on the router and plug the cord into anything but the wan port, then remove and reinsert the power cable to the router. (router is an access point and routing functions are not used)
