5 Tips for Six Pack Abs

2) Get outside. It is a beautiful day and you are just going to sit and watch TV? Go out and burn some extra calories.

3) Join a league. Get more active by being competitive of a sport you are interested in. This will burn loads of calories as athletes do normally.
