It’s an homage to feminism and women’s empowerment. It takes over the entire West wall. On the bulletin board underneath, people are encouraged to write about feminism. I had a read and it would seem that my school is filled with ardent feminists. Your thoughts?

Ask the person you’re visiting because there are a great many "establishments" in that area that may sound very good but are actually hovels owned by Rachmann like individuals. Best to look in the city, it’s not far from the Uni.

Can anyone who is a librarian tell me what school(s) I can attend on campus or online, and give me information I need to know in order to complete the program?

I also like to note I have not finish my degree (left college a few years ago) and probably have 50 credit hours left.

You’ll have to finish your bachelors degree first, because library science is a masters program. Here’s a list of ALA accredited programs – sorry, none in Chicago.

No they do not. Depending on how the network is set up, they will all have either individual IP addresses assigned from the ISP, or will have individual IP addresses assigned by a router which would have the IP address assigned by the ISP.

Bottom line, no they do not, and can not.

You can do this in most university libraries, but you will most likely need a university ID to use the computers. Most universities don’t check ID’s to enter. I should know; I’ve worked in a few.

I live next door to it, and I have a friend on the Board of Trustees. Most of the faculty (and a few Board Members) is vehemently opposed to it, but the students are most affluent and conservative.

Most people in the neighborhood don’t want the traffic or the attention. A few of us don’t want the legacy.

In an incredibily conservative area, there were a couple of demonstrations to stop it last month, followed by an op ed piece in the paper questioning the whole reason for a library.

In spring, summer, or fall you could always find a secluded corner of campus and study outside, but in winter you could study in a friend’s dorm if they let you or you could ask one of your professors if they know of another spot you could study. Sorry, but options are kind of limited when its cold out :(
